Okinawa Group Stage Event Sponsor for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023

 

 

We are pleased to announce that IFING Corporation and TOKIO Inkarami have been selected as the Okinawa Group Stage Event Sponsor for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, which will begin on August 25, 2012.

The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 will be held in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Japan from August 25 (Friday) to September 10 (Sunday), 2023. This will be the second time for Japan to host the event, and the first time for Okinawa Prefecture (Okinawa Arena) to host the event.
A total of 32 teams (8 groups) will participate in the competition, which will last for 16 days and 92 games.

In the first round, the Japanese team is in Group E with Germany, Finland, and Australia.
Japan will play Germany in the opening match on August 25 in Okinawa, Japan.
