She fell in love with swimming from her first parent-child swimming class at a civic pool at the age of 3. She competed in her first national competition in the third grade of elementary school, and won the 50m butterfly at the National Junior Olympics with a new meet record in 2019 as a first-year junior high school student. After graduating from junior high school, he moved to Kanagawa Prefecture with his whole family for further growth and went on to Nihon University Fujisawa High School, where he trained at Arena Tsukimino SC.
She made a big leap forward in high school, winning a medal at the World Junior Championships and winning the preliminary round for the Paris Olympics with a victory over Rikako Ikegae, and was unofficially selected to represent Japan.
At the Paris Olympics, she competed in the 100m butterfly, women's 400m medley relay, and mixed 400m medley relay, reaching the finals in all three events. (100m Butterfly 7th, Women's 400m Medley Relay 5th, Mixed 400m Medley Relay 8th)
She graduated from high school this spring and has announced that he will attend the University of Tennessee in the United States.
He plans to relocate overseas with the goal of setting a world record and competing at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
