consent items 1. attended a training course set up by IFING Co. and sympathized with the branding and direction, and understood the concept. 2. orders for OWAY products are placed through a dedicated order site system. 3. introduce an official starting set of regulations for the handling of OWAY brands. (except for Infine). 4. actively participate in seminars and workshops related to the OWAY brand. OWAY products will not be resold to other companies or sold outside our salon. 6. Internet sales will only utilize the sales system provided by IFING Co. and will follow the rules and regulations of IFING Co. 7. accept that all OWAY products will be shipped directly to our salon from IFING Co. 8. as for the bookkeeping agents (dealers), they are subject to the area system of IFING Co. 9. we understand that in principle we are unable to return or exchange merchandise (except in the case of damage, misdelivery, or other defects of IFING Co. (Except in the case of damage, misdelivery, or other defects caused by Ifing Corporation or the shipping company.) 10. IFING Co., Ltd. will bear the cost of shipping (shipping and handling) for orders over 10,000 yen (20,000 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa Prefecture) per order. If the value of one order is less than 10,000 yen (20,000 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa), the salon will bear the shipping cost of 700 yen (1,200 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa). Payment for products is made by credit card or cash on delivery each time an order is placed. 13. I accept that the product order will be shipped on the same day if placed by 10:00 a.m., and shipped the next day if placed after that time. (Aomori, Akita, and Hokkaido prefectures require approximately 2 days from product shipment to arrival, and Okinawa and some isolated islands require approximately 1 week.) 14. if additional shipping costs are incurred due to additional orders, the salon will pay for the shipping costs.
