As we enter late summer, we hope this message finds your company thriving. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.

Through our various brands, we are committed to maintaining and enhancing the brand value of our products and the trust of our customers. At the same time, we are rigorously managing all necessary measures to ensure the quality of our products, promote their proper use, and prevent accidents involving general consumers. Accordingly, we are working together with all of you to ensure transparent distribution through proper sales methods.

Recently, an incident occurred at one of our sales agents (hereinafter referred to by the pseudonym “Company A”) that hindered the aforementioned activities. Consequently, we have decided to temporarily suspend the distribution of all products under the brands handled by Company A for a period of one month, effective July 24, 2025.

The reasons for this decision are as follows:

 

・Contrary to the original purpose of our brand strategy, we were unable to confirm that Company A’s clients—hair salons—were conducting face-to-face sales or integrating hair care products with their service menus. It is evident that Company A failed to provide guidance on proper sales methods or to investigate, verify, and monitor the situation.

・We cannot dispel reasonable suspicion that unauthorized distribution and sales are being conducted by these hair salons.

・Based on the above, we have no choice but to conclude that a situation has arisen with Company A that makes it difficult to ensure the safety of general consumers by maintaining the quality of our products and ensuring their proper use.

We had previously requested that Company A strictly enforce transparent distribution through proper sales methods; however, we have unfortunately been compelled to make this decision.

 

We continue to request that all companies ensure transparent distribution through proper sales methods to hair salons in order to ensure the safe use of our products by general consumers.
